Hon. Prof. Katana is the County Executive Committee Member (CECM), Devolution, Public Service & Disaster Management in the County Government of Kilifi. He is a holder of a Doctorate Degree in Polymer Physics from the University of Mainz- Germany. Prior to his current appointment, he was the County Executive Committee Member for Education and ICT.
