Education Department partners with Startup Africa to build youth business skills

FRIDAY, July 9, KILIFI:The CEO and Founder of Startup Africa Eraustas Mong’are and his team from Startup Africa visited the Education and ICT department to have a meeting with the CECM for Education and ICT, Hon. Racheal Musyoki, Director for Vocational Training, Madam Eddystella Wanja, and the Director for Communications, Dr. Charles Nyiro to sign a Memorandum of understanding with the Department.

Startup Africa’s mission is to support youth in building business skills and endeavors that foster financial independence, create jobs, and grow African economies. Startup Africa is collaborating with the County Government of Kilifi to empower the youth from as early as high school level to the university level.

Hon. Racheal Musyoki is excited to be part of this partnership and is looking forward to seeing the youth in Kilifi County benefiting from the Startup Africa Youth Initiative program which premiers in Kilifi County.
